Description
AO Cell Viability Kit (500 tests) – Two (2) vials of 0.5ml Acridine Orange solution used for both live and dead cells in fluorescence cell counting mode.
Acridine orange is a nucleic acid selective fluorescent cationic dye. It is cell-permeable,when bound to DNA, it is very similar spectrally to fluorescein, with an excitation maximum at 502 nm and an emission maximum at 525 nm (green).
