Description
The LUNA™ Reusable Slide offers the affordability of manual cell counting without the associated subjectivity, variability, and time.
Compatible with the LUNA™ family of automated cell counters, the LUNA™ Reusable Slide can be used for both brightfield and fluorescence cell counting.

Application Note: "Using the LUNA Reusable Slide for Accurate Cell Counting with Automated Cell Counters"
Directions for Use:
1) Place clean LUNA™ Reusable Slide Coverslips carefully on top of the chambers of the LUNA™ Reusable Slide.
2) Place the pipette into the space between the Reusable Slide and the coverslip at the edge of the chamber.
3) Fill with 10 μL cell suspension. Do not lift coverslips with the pipette tip. Do not overfill.
4) Count the sample with a compatible LUNA™.
Only use LUNA™ Reusable Slide Coverslips with the LUNA™ Reusable Slide to avoid focusing issues with the LUNA™ family.
Product Care:
Rinse the LUNA™ Reusable Slide and Coverslips with tap water followed by 70% ethanol. Dry gently and thoroughly with lint-free Kimwipes. Wrap in lens paper and store in a safe location.
Do not leave the LUNA™Reusable Slide and Coverslips in solvents for extended periods of time to avoid potential damage.
