Trypan Blue Stain
0.4% Solution, can be used with Luna Cell Counters for accurate results in Bright Field cell counting mode. 200 tests.
Mix 10 μl of your sample with 10 μl of trypan blue stain gently in a microtube by pipetting up and down.
Load 10 ~12 μl of the mixed cell sample into the inlet of one chamber of the counting slide
